I drive a box truck and nearly ripped off my rear bumper / lift gate assembly while delivering in NC. I wasnt even sure it was repairable, not to mention I was very far from home, but I headed to the closest shop open late, CTR. These guys assured me they could repair the damage and get my truck good enough to pick up my load. Thats exactly what the did, they were able to start on my truck very fast and even stayed late to get me ready. These are incredibly skilled guys that can repair extensive damage quickly. Dustin is the owner of CTR and rightfully so! From the minute Dustin answered the phone call that my boyfriend and I were stuck on the side of the road he jumped into fix it mode! He found us a tow truck and dispatched them immediately to our location which was over 40 minutes away. Dustin then went above and beyond fixing up the truck the next day making sure to have each piece perfect and working great! Dustin is not only an attentive owner who cares for his customers but he's an amazing mechanic who isn't afraid to get dirty! He immediately started fixing the truck all while maintaining his friendly, goofiest, and sweetest attitude. Dustin got the truck working in record time and was completely honest about every issue that was going on. He explained things in details and made sure that even I couldn't understand what he was saying. I'm not sure you can find a better mechanic or person in this area! My windshield wipers stopped working driving through NC in the rain, in the dark. Of course it was after hours so hard to find open shops but when I called CTR these guys got me in right away. They figured out the problem very quick and had me fixed / back on my way super quick for a fair rate. I highly recommend this shop.

My truck broke down in N.C. I was hoping for a quick fix but once towed to CTR the knowledgeable guys there informed me my that my transmission had fallen off and gave me a detailed description and quote for the extensive repairs my truck needed. I called around for pricing and to my surprise CTRs quote was very competitive so we agreed on a completion date that was very quick even during the holiday season. The truck was ready to pick up only one day after we originally agreed on and the invoice was less then quoted. Very happy with the service I received and highly recommended this shop, fair and knowledgeable techs here.

I had a fan belt go out and I was luckily at a truck stop, but no shop and middle of nowhere on my way to Salem, VA. I called them because they were 45 mins away and the closest shop. When this happened it was Thanksgiving weekend. Dustin answered the call, was very upfront on costs and they were actually closed but he wanted to help me out. Upon arrival he got to work even teaching me non related things about my m11 cummins. I had a few other minor issues but didn't have the tools. Dustin, let me borrow some tools while he was working on the fan belt, as a way to allow me to do some work I was capable of and not be charged. Very passionate, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you're with 150 mile!

Fast and friendly service. I was in Greensboro area and needed my trailer roof patched on Friday at 10pm in the rain. These guys got me right in and fixed my problem. I highly recommend them.
